RCG has been serving the greater Pittsburgh area since 2019, expanding nationally in 2021 to provide an array of consulting services to clients across various industries. We leverage over a decade of client-facing business experience to provide meaningful solutions, results, and change for businesses.

Growing up in entrepreneurial households, we were each drawn early on to the strategic and managerial sides of business.
Over the course of our collective careers, we've had the opportunity to consult at a Big-5 firm, launch and exit successful ventures, and co-found a growing tech company—bringing experience from industries such as Education, Human Resources, and MedTech. We're passionate about the intersection of people and technology, and about helping businesses uncover the smart, often unconventional paths that lead to big outcomes.
We founded Regiis in 2019 to bring together businesses, ideas, and people to create meaningful impact. At RCG, we work side by side with our clients to identify root issues, co-develop targeted solutions, and execute with speed, precision, and intention.
